Profound poetry can guide us through the complexity of life. They weave feelings and insights together into a beautiful artwork. These inspiringly profound poems are experienced together during monthly gatherings, providing a connecting and creative challenge. Every month, we read a poem together from a different "wisdom tradition." There is space during the workshop for mutual conversation to reflect on the deeper meaning. The feelings or insights that arise are attempted to be expressed by writing our own haiku. The poems are predominantly read in English, conversation and reflection can be done in both Dutch and English. Therefore, both English-speaking and Dutch-speaking visitors from Benoordenhout are warmly welcome.
